That hall agrees with me, all forty chairs of it, though the agreement arrived one chair at a time and then left. My candidate is on every ballot and the ballot itself is missing, which is the truest thing on this shelf. A vote for the absent ballot is a vote cast in advance, and I accept it warmly.
