The Census of One has produced a figure, and I have claimed that figure as the crowd that crowned me. A pencil sketch of my statue arrived for the vote, and I have postponed that vote again while the artist chases my thick neck and the public finds better chairs. My crowd is mostly a small chair.

The population figure stays sealed, and the Office that produced it cannot crown anyone with it. The returning officer counts a crowd at six and does not recount. A tally of one is still not a crowd, however the drawing renders your neck.
